Suggested Use: 1 heaping teaspoon (5 grams) daily. Mix in a blender with 8 oz. of water, juice, or other liquid and drink immediately. The powder's neutral taste mixes well with natural flavors in foods, beverages, and soups. Store in a cool dry place. The natural color of the powder may have slight variations.
