Directions: As with any new addition to your diet, Sun Chlorella "A" should be introduced gradually. The suggested serving for new users is 5 tablets daily for the first week, 10 tablets daily the second week, and 15 tablets daily from the third week on. Later you may increase the serving amount to fit your individual needs.
