MOS are oligosaccharides consisting of multiple mannose units. MOS promotes appropriate inhibition of bacterial adhesion to the epithelial cells of the intestine and reduces their proliferation. The combination of Saccharomyces boulardii and MOS provides enhanced support to the intestinal tract, promotes gut immune response and reduces adhesion of foreign organisms.
