QH is stabilized Ubiquinol, the antioxidant form of ubiquinone (CoQ10). QH has been clinically proven to offer greater bioavailabilty than ordinary CoQ10. QH is important because of its ability to transport electrons for energy synthesis within the mitochondria. QH also protects against lipid peroxidation and is thus protective of the mitochondrial proteins and DNA.* Because of it's reactivity, QH is unstable and can oxidize to ordinary CoQ10 upon excess exposure to oxygen and moisture. Lifamin™ QH softgels are completely made in Japan and have been specially processed to retain the highest ubiquinol stability.*
