My husband has been taking ibu for many months even years now. He has never had any side effects. He takes up to 12 a day somedays. He is taking them for his back. He just had an MRI and found that he has two bulging disks in his lower back that hit his sciatic nerve. The days he takes the pills it seems to really help. You do need to eat though when taking them. Ibu is not good on your stomach.
