Today I was notified by Greek customs (Athens airport) that the supplement has to go through chemical analysis and by the Greek Food and Drug Administration and if it is approved then they will allow it through. They say also that this procedure it will have to apply to every individual shipment.

This is for the benefit of others ordering your products and living in the UK.  Many thanks for the speedy delivery (at least on your part).  I received my Q10 order this AM (1000 GMT on 24 Feb.).   Order track appears below.  It took only two days for the order to reach UK Customs and a further 5 days to be processed and delivered to me!  Also I was charged (approx.) $16 duty, $26 VAT and incredibly enough $26 postal handling fees for paying customs and then charging me!  Altogether $68 which nearly negated the savings I made ordering from you.
 
I sometimes wonder why I elected to live in the UK where everything is more expensive and takes longer.  Further orders of Q10 will be delivered to my Mother in Missouri who will post to me as a gift and will arrive in 7 days and without penalties.
